Somehow I stumbled on to this gem.I immediately knew my dog was in excellent hands the second I walked into the office. The check in process was easy and painless. Everything was explained clearly. Dr Lucas examined my dogs ear before I had a chance to sit down she was out to talk with me about his plan of care and answer any questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed. I genuinely felt Dr Lucas was doing the right thing for my dog. If you LOVE your Furr baby as much as I doI HIGHLY recommend this office. Do not settle for less. This office goes above and beyond.”

“Nice staff and clean office . i’ve taken 2 of my dogs here for routine visits and 1 for a spay surgery . surgery went well and they took great care of her . when you do bring your dog in i would bring something to read for your wait depending on how busy they are . i’ve gotten stuck in the office for a few hours before but that’s ok since i was just able to work when i waited for my dog. if you have a puppy it’s worth it to do their puppy care plus plan for $60 some dollars a month . my dog has gotten all of her shots including limes disease and when i lived in orange county i struggled to find a vet that had that shot and would give it to my dogs.”

The doctors know what they're doing and I trust them to make decisions that are best for my dogs health. The fact that they take emergency walk ins on first come first serve basis is incredible! I also get email notifications for upcoming vaccinations and wellness check ups and reminders to make appointments. Staff is super friendly as well. I'm moving about an hour away, but I'm still going to take my dogs back here because of how well they've treated my girls.”

“We adopted a dog from Animal Friends of the Valleys who had a bad cough. Treatment was provided free, which was wonderful. Dr Siringo has a marvelous "bedside manner." The vet tech was also wonderful with my dog. Dr. Siringo took the time to answer all our questions, giving us many helpful suggestions and contacts. His sense of humor made the visits fun. The treatment worked well. I plan to bring my dog back for ongoing care. Not sure how they compare on cost.”

“Well, this is a darn fun place to visit with my little doggie. I'm always looking for places we can go to have fun together. This store supplies Just Food For Dogs. It's one of many places but it's good to know they do, as that's our little guys diet. There's a huge amount of food choices though, if I ever decide to switch. On top of food selections for pets of all kinds, they carry leashes and collars. I'm still looking for a particular kind of halter though, of which cannot be found there. Kind of a bummer. While I'm not fond of seeing small birds and other sweet pets in cages, people want them. so, I guess it makes sense to offer them. I do love looking at the, birds, lizards, snakes. hamsters, etc. I can't lie. Oh! And they have fish! Fish and tanks for them. More fun to look at. I'm a sucker for dog and cat toys. Naturally, our little dog is too. If we go there, he of course comes home with at least one and maybe a chew as well. Because I get toys for him, I naturally pick out one for our two cats! Oh boy... what can you do? This place is clean and the cashiers are friendly. So why not 5 stars, instead of 4? Well, I'm not sure this is fair either and I might wind up changing it, but my dog, when he was a puppy, caught kennel cough there. He hadn't been anywhere else to get it. His vet told me that's a real problem with PetCo and PetSmart, because people like to take their dogs there. Sooo... what might PetCo do about that? Boy, I don't know. Wipe down their shopping carts? Like I said, in fairness, I might need to change my review to 5 stars. Thinking it over.Lastly, I LOVE that they offer cat adoptions. Most especially of older cats.Lastly, lastly... this review does not include grooming. I've never used one of their groomers, so cannot speak to that. Glancing at some of the reviews on that though, it doesn't sound too good.”
