Please support this store, because the owners and staff seem to do a lot for our community. One can go in and even take pictures which is what my husband and I, as well as our friend did, to take photos of our therapy puppy, who passed her CGC and Puppy Star this past Sunday. We of course bought a few of the yummy treats.”

“I could not be happier with California Pet Doors! I was using part of my sliding glass door for the doggie door. After a couple of years of my guests not being able to fit through the sliding glass door and not being able to use my screen, I finally decided to have a doggy door installed. I spent quite a bit of time doing research to find someone. I initially requested a smaller size door. California Pet Doors wanted to know the measurements of my dogs. They recommended a larger door to make sure that the dogs would not harm themselves coming in and out. They were right. The size of the door and the location is perfect. My dogs are happy. I am very happy to have my sliding glass door back again. This was the best price point for a quality door to be installed by professionals with decades of experience. I should have done this sooner.”

“Good service is above average. Kimber was amazing and we are happy customers. She saved the image of the service at Tractor Supply as we had less than a good experience at the Temecula store. Kimber reached out to yet another store in Hemet to help us find the trailer and riding mower we were looking for. Temecula lost out on 5k+ sale. And while Hemet will get the sale because they had it in stock and Murrieta did not, l think Kimber should get the credit for the sale. Kimber definitely deserves all the praise for saving our opinions about Tractor Supply. ALL Temecula store employees could use training from Kimber on how to speak to customers and keep customers. What she did in Murrieta, Temecula could have done but did not. Thank you Kimber Tractor Supply is fortunate to have you as an employee.”

“I have been trying for months to get my pup, Bravo, in for a grooming. I tried doggie salons and mobile groomers. Many didn't even bother to call me back. Everyone else said they were booked for months. Then I talked to Helen. She said she was booked for at least a month. My little guy is a Mini~Schnauzer and was a mess. Matted and really "wooly" fur. Helen told me that she would call me if she had a cancellation. Within days, she called and Bravo and I showed up bright and early. Bravo does have a bit of separation anxiety so I was worried about how he would react. He did great and I have a very happy, well-groomed pup. I booked my next appointment on the spot and truly believe that I have found "my place". They definitely proved to be worth the wait. Happy pup and happy "mom". Good job and great people.”

“***Check your products before leaving the store!!! I just (11/9/23) purchased a 6 pack of aquarium filters and replaced one before looking in the box to see that i only got 4 when i purchased 6. My fault for assuming i could grab a box off the shelf and that box would contain the amount stated.If you use frozen fish food, this is the place to go! They always have at least one thing my picky fish will eat. Usually, there are many options to chose from, unlike a certain other pet store just down the road.”

“I've been using Summerwinds Take-A-Hike flea & tick shampoo as well as their Shine Onnn shampoo on our show poodles for decades. The Shine Onnn is a reasonably priced shampoo that does a great job and rinses out easily. The Take-A-Hike shampoo not only kills fleas and ticks but also dissolves the ear wax build-up we see in some dogs. One vet even commented, "These are the cleanest ears I've ever seen." I highly recommend those two products as well as the excellent service.”

“My lovely Layla went here for board and train for 10 weeks and even though she's only been home for 24 hours we have seen so much improvement already in her behavior. She went from a nervous Nancy who was misbehaving in the house to a dog that just hangs out in her place with us. She didn't even leave her place when my other dog walked in the room to greet her ❤️❤️. She will definitely be going to daycare here frequently in the future”

“Very nice grooming service. They took my fur baby on a walk-in basis which is rare anymore and he was ready for pickup about an hour and a half later. They did an excellent job of hand trimming down by 7lb Papillon mix. Only thing I’d say is keep the shop gossip to a minimum when you have clients in your presence. Other than that, this was a top notch location and I’d highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for care.”

“I would like to leave a review for Israel, I really appreciate the patience he's has for my giant schnauzer, Israel really takes the time to deal with my dog, my dog isn't the easiest to deal with at all, he gets very anxious and has a lot of energy. It usually takes about 4 hrs for Israel to groom him . But I really do appreciate Israel's patience with him and he does pretty good job grooming him. Thank you Israel for being patient with my dog”
