The owner helped me done the custom packing patiently, it took over an hour to everything packaged. It was safely delivered in 6 days. (I believe there is no way to do a custom packaging in a standard FedEx or UPS center)”

He definitely saved me some time of going back and forth getting the document packets exactly right for apostille. I wouldn't have got it right the first time since the Secretary of State online instructions were vague. Victor knew exactly what was needed to get the documents accepted on the first submission.”
