“Adrian helped me today, and she was great! I went to pick up a hold item, and she gave me some FRAGILE stickers. Her co-worker was courteous, too. Her co-worker whose name I forgot to ask acknowledged me while I was waiting in line with a warm gesture and very professional about her job. I see here that, among all Google reviews, the two most quote unquote relevant reviews at the top of the list are negative reviews by Indians. There are a lot of Indian immigrants in Dublin/Pleasanton. I think they don't know how to appreciate American way of things. They should be much more appreciative of how wonderful these two female staff are at Fedex Office location on 6070 Johnson Drive in Pleasanton. Some of the best customer service I have got in my entire life!”

“As a Dublin/Pleasanton resident, I've used this post office a handful of times and I'm mostly satisfied with the service. Employees are quite efficient and quick at their jobs from what I've experienced. Lily is always great and provides great customer service, always polite and helpful. There's one woman (name I haven't retained) who sometimes works alongside her that could use a course on how to kindly speak to customers, she always seems to have a /demanding/rude tone about her when answering basic questions. Why take your stresses out on polite and paying customers? I choose to go with whoever ELSE is there because just speaking to her gives me anxiety.”
