“The staff here are hardworking, helpful, efficient and friendly. Shout out to Mr Singh, Mr Patrick and the guy that was answering questions and directing the line on the floor one busy day. I drop off my ebay and mercari packages here all the time and never had an issue. I also use the PO box and never had problems. My family also used the Passport service and it was great. Online passport apppointments are convenient. Forwarding mail via the website is also great when going on vacation. Plenty of parking. It is near downtown so traffic can get a bit busy but not a deal breaker. Lines can get a bit long but they open another counter or all counters if that happens.”

“I was there last night and they improved their system in receiving (RCV). They put a security guard near the rcv cage, and he checks you in. Then he calls someone to help you. I was in and out in under 5-10 mins. Really positive change.”
