Another person, Gerson Perez who’s a service adviser is an amazing guy, who’s so knowledgeable and understands the requirements of the customers and do his best to help the customers is all way is possible!
I really like the way he addresses the issues and ensured the customer satisfaction by delivering the best service as expected by the customers. Gerson even goes beyond and helps to get the best service, parts from OEM’s and delivers on time!

“I've had many of my cars and trucks painted, repaired by various auto body shops here in the Bay Area. The quality has varied depending on what the project was. I have owned my trusted 2007 Subaru Outback for over 7 years. The finish had clear coat and overall paint issues since I purchased it second hand. The body was straight but I wanted to to look good. “I have been shopping around for a new car for a while, and I have been getting tired of dealerships trying to manipulate me into buying something I don't want/need or straight up trying to rip me off.
On a Sunday afternoon, I decided to stop by VW Sunnyvale on a whim to test drive a car that I have been eyeing for a while (The ID.4 RWD). I was greeted by Natalia, and within about 10 minutes, I was in one and on the road.
I liked the car and decided to get more information on pricing. This is the part where Natalia (and VW Sunnyvale in general) shined. Natalia was very upfront and straight to the point. She showed me all of my options, explained them to me, and helped me walk through them without trying to upsell me or manipulate me. I am very capable of haggling, but I don't like to haggle, so I like it when someone is straight to the point with me (and I guess reverse psychology is a thing ?).
I was really impressed by the honest, open, and transparent experience I had, and I decided to move forward with the deal they gave me. Frank, Natalia's colleague, handled the paperwork while Natalia was getting the car ready for me, and I drove back home that night in a new car.
