“I stopped by without an appointment because I had pulled out one side of my front bumper while backing out my car. Chris greeted me warmly - and even though he doesn't take people without appointments - he was very friendly and immediately came outside to take a look at my car. In less than 3 minutes he had pushed the bumper back in. I am very well aware this is not a permanent solution but I had requested him to just push it back in and he did that without any fuss. The Great Auto Paint was the 1st body shop that responded to my request, and gave me about $1,400 estimate. Also, I only needed to leave my car was for 2 days, so the impact on my business was small. Today I picked up my car, and their work was beautiful. I'm so happy that I could find this shop. I strongly recommend this shop to my friends.”

“I brought my 2022 Tesla Model Y after a hit-and-run 2 days before Christmas and worked with Sonny. Sonny was very professional, courteous, and willing to help with the damage I sustained. I was able to get an estimate and make an appointment to drop off the car. They even helped with providing all the necessary paperwork to my insurance company(which was also Tesla) since they are a Certified Tesla body shop. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for repair but actually took about week. They were really fast and Sonny kept me in the loop of the progress. The repairs were excellent and can't even tell someone hit it. I only had to pay my deductible as the insurance took care of everything else. Awesome, awesome job guys. Thank you. “I was referred to John after my 2013 SL550 was serviced by Mercedes Exclusively which is next door. I had some bumper work that needed to be done as there was PPF damage when it was removed and it took off some of the paint, not at all related to Santa Clara Autocare. I had tried to fix it myself and put a rubber bumper guard over it, but it never really looks OEM and it bothered me. I had received quotes in the past, but it was only for a new bumper and it was over $2,000! I was so happy to have met John who was honest, upfront, and timely! They removed the rubber bumper guard, sanded down the affected areas and then resprayed the paint to perfectly match the existing color, they are truly paint experts. The car look better than when i purchased it CPO and so happy with the way it turned out. “I took my 2011 WRX to Mann for their brand coilovers and misc supporting bushings. Michelle was my Rep and she took care of me and my car from beginning to end. She answered all my questions through email and over the phone regarding my quote. I felt confident knowing what I was buying, what was being done to the car and what I was going to be charged for labor. When I dropped of my car - she gave me a quick tour around the shop and showed me the parts that was going to be installed. Their shop is the best you are going to see. You can tell they take pride in their work, tools, as well as their work place - Even the bathroom was squeaky clean! When it was time to pick up my car - she sent me an email - because that was my communication preference and also asked what I wanted to do with the parts. To wrap up - I just wanted to get out of there and get in my car and hit up San Tomas exits and see how the car handled. Which was awesome BTW! I am very happy with my experience at Mann and I can sleep well at night knowing all bolts removed from my car, were but back on to proper torque specs. Thanks Mann! I'll be back! “I recently drove from NYC to CA in my 1966 fastback; had a slight mishap on the way that produced a nasty oil leak, plus she was running hot and rough, and during some earlier work her windshield wiper fluid apparatus had somehow vanished. Luckily a friend in the area pointed me towards Mustang Fever; first time I brought her in, Mitch (the Mustang Whisperer) put her on the hoist but the source of the leak remained a mystery, and he already had his hands full with other jobs, so I had to bring her back. He kept her for three days, found the source of the leak, trimmed the shroud so she ran cooler, made the pistons sound less like John Bonham on speed and more like JB on 'ludes, and installed a fantastic wiper fluid tank. After that she ran like a dream, and easily made the return trip back to the city. I will definitely bring her back for tweaks whenever I am out there, cos Mitch is a magician who I cannot recommend highly enough. If you're in the Santa Clara area and you have a classic Mustang that needs fixing, don't go anywhere else!”
