“I searched online for Toyota dealerships of up to 500 miles for a 2024 Camry Hybrid and by far, Toyota of Palo Alto had the best price, well below MSRP, compared to other dealers. After trading a few emails with their internet service manager, Said Abbas, to confirm the car's details and price, my husband and I drove to Magnussen's to test drive the car and then purchased it. Said was helpful and pleasant. The finance manager was thorough in the documentation. There was no pressure to purchase or for add-ons. The experience was straightforward. Highly recommend.”

“This review is specifically for their Parts department. I have never used their repairs services or spoken with their sales staff. Val runs a great Parts team. They're all extremely friendly and are very familiar with their vehicles. I had a mixup with some of my orders but Val helped to take care of it without hesitation or frustration even though it was partially my fault. He just had a smile and said let's take care of this. There are other local Toyota locations that were less friendly and were somewhat condescending (maybe because I'm a girl) but Magnussen Toyota will always be my go-to as long as Val and his team are there.”
“Eric did a great job repairing and painting our truck. He arrived on time for our appointment and was able to come directly to our house for the repair, with our truck still parked in the garage. He was professional and checked in with my husband several times to make sure he was happy with the work being performed. We are pleasantly surprised with the quality of the repairs. After the work was completed, Eric cleaned up after himself and left our garage looking as clean as he arrived. He was very friendly while he completed the repair. The quote was accurate and very fair for the work that was performed.
