“I spent several hours reading through reviews on PC repair shops around Burbank / LA. The amount of helpful reviews I came across about HelixPC is the reason I brought my PC into this shop. I wanted to add my review and experience to hopefully help others make a similar decision.I had a gaming PC that had become very unstable and would crash often. I brought my PC to see Gar on November 8th and got it back November 10th. Haven’t had a single crash and my PC is running (maxed out gaming & work/video editing) better than the day I assembled it. Gar is very passionate about the work he produces. We talked for a solid 30-45 mins the morning I dropped it off about every solution / scenario. Gar was very honest, clear, and thorough from the moment I dropped off the PC to the time I picked it up. I would come back to Gar in the future and will recommend friends and family to do the same!”

I priced Apple and several other local Mac repair places and was shocked at how expensive this repair is, especially given that a battery for my MBP model can be purchased for ~$60. “Easy as Apple pie!Apple - The Americana at Brand has a beautiful layout with huge large windows overlooking other store, shops, patrons and things to enjoy at this open air mall experience.There is rarely a long wait for service and usually still a great amount of room to walk about and enjoy the classics as well as the latest in Apple software, computers and various devices. Apple at Brand is located toward the back half of the Americana near the parking structure entrance/exit a few feet away from the Cheesecake Factory and directly by the pond and grassy area.I've been an apple user for my personal and professional laptops, desktops and pads, though not an iphone user. You can purchase whatever is in stock online for pickup, drop off devices for care as well as shop in-store as well as by appointment.Genius bar requires appointments, but you can make these in the store as well... Just expect a bit more of a wait.Open everyday until 9PM and as early as 10AM every day of the week (except Sundays at 11AM).”
