They will help you choose your equipment, they stock them all, and if you find that you are so busy that you are running low on paper media or ink or even a repair, they get the call and will be to you within the hour. I can't say that has been a matched experience with larger companies that are sometimes not able to furnish this kind of customer service and attention to detail. They are a long time main stay and wonderful company in the design and entertainment industry and will always get my business! So when I contacted the AAA copy systems the super friendly gentleman who appeared to be the owner took some time to explain it to me what might be the possible issues over the phone and recommended me to take him the printer. He fixed my printer within half a day and next day it was ready to be picked up.
