“It was a great experience as always, this is my third set of RedWings and this was by far the best experience. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two sales reps. But I was helped by Ariana, she answered all my questions I had from all the products I was interested in. My foot was measured once again and was fitted to the boot I was looking for although it wasn’t in stock she immediately jumped on the computer and ordered it for. I was also informed on that my boots were delivered.”

In my opinion it lacks options but when you notice that the space is small it is understandable. The service is good. They speak Spanish.”

“5 stars based on my initial experience for a minor ask today. This is a small, local shop that looks quite busy judging from their shop packed full of boots and saddles and purses and belts. It's kind of cool to be surrounded by lots of leather goods. It's a quaint operation. The gentleman at the counter today was professional and kind. I can see how some people would think being professional and getting to the point would be considered off-putting, but I'm someone who likes to get in and get out, so I was happy to get straight to why I came there. I needed some extra holes punched in the strap of my purse and he took my purse back and came back about 3 minutes later and it was done. Best part? No charge. He could have charged me $10 and I was ready to pay a fee, but he was nice enough to do the work for free. 5 stars until this business gives me reason to rate otherwise.”

“We had the best shopping experience here today. The owner of the store is a very kind and hardworking man. He helped us out, let the kids try on as many dresses as they wanted, and he even steamed and ironed the dresses for us. We bought the most beautiful flower girl dresses we have seen anywhere!
