“I went to this bank because the one closer to my home was so busy! When I walked in, I was greeted right away by Personal Banker Geoffrey Manalo. I was there to resolve a situation with my mother's account. Needless to say, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. What I thought would be a long process, he cleared up the situation rather quickly so my mother did not have to be in the bank for a very long time. He referred me to the teller (Asian gal - sorry I didn't get her name). She in turn was very helpful in helping me complete my transaction, even escorting me to the ATM machine outside to be sure the transfer went through without any hitches. I don't think I would have received the same service in the first bank I went to. Thank you to Geoffrey and the teller for a pleasant experience!”

She came with a great attitude, was super helpful and efficient, and went above and beyond. She is a true professional that deserves to be recognized. She is deserving of a substantial pay increase in my opinion”

“I have been a loyal customer to multiple banks in the peninsula for decades. I recently was looking to open up a business account with Tri counties Bank because of there fair offerings for that particular account opening. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to open this account. The next day i arrived on time and the Personnel banker named Honey was already expecting me. We got straight to business and opened up a full business account within 15 minutes. Honey was Extremely Knowledgeable and professional, She had a positive attitude that shined and was very confident with what she does. This Kind of service makes a business owner feel very comfortable with where he/she may be banking with. Besides that, the entire SSF Branch always seems welcoming and helpful anytime i have walked in there for the last ten years! Pacifica branch rocks too! Thanks Honey”
