“Due to my own inability to think well and a snafu with Social Security, I defaulted on my credit card payments. Instead of asking Patelco for help immediately, I waited and destroyed my credit. Ugh. Finally, I went to see Tony, the Manager, at the Daly City Patelco. He graciously helped me get my past-due account paid off and reinstituted my checking account. Tony never once shamed me or did anything negative. His only obvious goal was to help me. Wow. A Banker whose goal was and is to help a member of the Credit Union! I highly recommend Patelco to anyone looking for a small bank or Credit Union that gives personalized financial services. It makes both "cents" and sense!”

She walked me through all the options of personal and business accounts and helped me prepare the paperwork in advance so that I only needed to sign the documents and shorten my time at the branch office. Personal banker Mark B. Canlapan has also been very responsive, quick and helpful with the preparation of the paperwork and getting the accounts open and activated as soon as possible.I can't speak to the other people at this location, but Ms. Chew and Mr. Canlapan were very professional whom I highly recommend.”

They were able to get verified in a hour and I got all my money. I will definitely be back, I don't have a back account , but I may just try this place out. “I went to chase bank yesterday 9/16/ 2020 to open an account but I cant find someone to assist me.then a guy approached me and told me he need to schedule me late in the afternoon.so I told him i will just comeback early tomorrow for walk in but told me he cannot guarantee someone can assist me.fortunately went i went back today , mr emmanuel "manny" manuel helped me from Scratch as this is my 1st time to open an account jn chase.he was able to help me step by step and made sure I understood everything. “Amazing service and knowledge by Nicholas Anderson, with the investment part of JP Morgan. We went to him for help in setting up some accounts and different suggestions for investment alternatives/strategies. He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, and also followed up. “After reading the reviews of this location I don't want to go there. I was going to go there to get some info of my dads account if he still had an open or closed account but I figure to check them out for myself we will stop by today by 9am and will update this review once we see how they will treat us. To be continued...UPDATE:Went to this location about 9am and to my surprise I got immediate help, there was 3 workers there and I was able to complete my task in less than half an hour, I would say that the old reviews showing from 10 months ago it's possible that the workers that gave bad customer service are long gone or possibly have moved on out of this location but for this first time here I will say I had a great experience and was taken care of in a timely manor.”

“Wonderful service here! I walked in and had to speak with a banker and the teller told me that she would let someone know I was waiting. A banker came up to me within 3 minutes! He was very nice and knew the answers to all of my questions. I came over from Citibank where the service was always terrible so this was a great thing to see! The banker, John, was very friendly and didn't mind the fact I had so many questions. My mother also accompanied me for this transaction to make sure I was doing everything correct and my mother was highly impressed by him. John explained everything thoroughly to myself and my mother about how the accounts work. So happy to be at U.S. Bank now! Thank you for the great service!”
