“I've been with Wescom for 14 years and they are nothing but the best. No long lines and excellent customer service. If you looking to get a loan I definitely recommend you talk to luis villegas. He was polite, kind, and extremely helpful and goes above and beyond and will guide you through your best options. I don't understand why he is not in the Sherman Oaks location anymore, lately, I see a lot of staff are replaced with new staff, if they are doing an outstanding job, why have they been replaced? Sherman Oaks Ca, the branch is the best, I hope Luis Villegas returns to this location very soon.”

“Local in-store branch US Bank with ATM just passed the Lottery, Coinstar and animal plush crane drop machines.Open 6 days a week, including Saturdays until 4pm... Pre-pandemic in-store branches were open on Sundays as well, but with mobile banking and even atm features improving every year there's definitely not as much of an urgency for in-person bank services, however this branch is definitely there to help.Some of my favorite tellers in Los Angeles, very personable, efficient and friendly and willing to help.This location is inside the Ralph's on Van Nuys & Burbank Blvd just before the pharmacy. The line, if any usually forms along the isle land for either a tell or the ATM.”
“I am writing to praise the best banker I've ever had at the Bank of California branch in Sherman Oaks.. Sandra takes care of me like I am a billionaire. She is the most thoughtful, the most thorough, supportive Bank manager I have ever had. In an era where customer service is really declining, I truly feel taken care of by this incredible manager who treats me like royalty, looks out for me and respects me in every way! Banc of California is so lucky to have the caliber of this woman leading their branch on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks. There is no other bank I would go to or trust as I do Bank of California because of Sandra--every banker should emulate her management style and her outreach to customers. I can't say enough about her in the bank. I truly feel taken care of and that I matter - that my financial wellbeing is important to her. I'm not a number or statistic. “Large parking lot, atms outside when the bank isn't running during their normal hours. There isn't a drive thru atm. The bank is quiet, clean, and the clerks and cheerful and happy to help with transfers, deposits, withdrawals and helping discuss financial benefits. The clerks are great at telling you about promotions and everything available to you. Their credit card team is amazing about answers calls whenever you flag your card as stolen, fraud etc they are on top of it. Their team handles the conflict immediately and credits your account while figuring out how to handle the issue. Highly recommend this bank.”
“Don't look at the old reviews on this branch they have new personnel there that are FANTASTIC! Art, the Manager and Gayane, a Personal Banker helped me today and they were great in getting my wires out in a timely fashion. They were very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY in what they were doing and gave me the level of customer service that I have come to expect from Coamerica. They are my new go to branch for sure. “Totally not the branch’s fault but I had a frustrating experience where I was not able to access funds from a new business account. They were very attentive and responsive in getting the situation fixed asap. Shout out to the manager Chanaka, and staff Briana, Josh and Michael. It was a team effort and they kept checking in to make sure I was being taken care of.I’m a new customer but while waiting I could see other customers knew manager by name. They seem to really care and do their jobs well, if you bank with usbank I highly recommend this branch.”

“This bank branch is located along Ventura Blvd and Van Nuys Blvd. My primary visit is to use the ATM machine. I stopped by around 7ish. The parking lot looks deserted and kind of dark. But the ATM machine is brightly lit. It made feel safe. I did what I came for and left.”
“I used this Bank years ago and so far I had a good experience. Last night around 8ish in the evening, I just remembered that I have some cash to deposit. Good thing I was still around the parking lot so I just walked. Upon arriving at the first ATM - it was not working. Good thing there are 3 more that are performing. I went to the opposite side since it wasn't occupied. I was done in no time. Using the ATM was fast and efficient. It is well lit and the area looks safe.”

(Unlike the WF at 12251 Ventura where Abid Ali made it unnecessarily complicated and almost impossible to open a legitimate Non-Profit Business account despite the fact that I had all of the required paperwork! He was condescending to women and I would say disrespectful, when I pointed that out. Women, AVOID that bank if you can. Who needs the added irritation. We should be treated fairly!)”

“This Bank of America branch's interior is business-like, with a minimalist, "Madison Avenue" style. There's lots of comfortable seating. Glass walled private offices, define the reception area.There was a short wait for a teller. Marjan, who handled my transaction, is knowledgeable and friendly.Came back a second time at 10:10. The wait time in the queue was 30 minutes. There was only one teller on duty.ATMs are located at the front and rear of the building. The front ATM is in an enclosed lobby that requires a bank card for entry, when the facility is closed.There is no drive thru. Ample free parking in their lot. Everything is ADA compatible.”

“We have really liked this branch. It has always felt friendly, personal, and safe. Ana Quzian has been great, she is our point person there. She is so efficient and pleasurable to deal with. We are sad to hear the branch is closing. We aren't fans of another local branch. We hope the other branch, close by, gets better. But it feels like an attitude problem. The people are also nice at the Lankershirm office, but it's farther for us. But I'd rather drive farther than feel uncomfortable. Anyway, Ana, thank you for your help, always.”
