“It was my first time buying a car new and I did a lot of research beforehand to decide on what make and model I wanted. My family has always had Lexus and Toyota and I decided on finally getting a Lexus of my own. This is a smaller dealership than some, but the atmosphere is very relaxing and I did not feel pressure that I've gotten from other dealerships. I had the opportunity to work with Chris on the UXH I wanted, and he was patient with me on getting me what I needed. Markeith in financing was also great to work with. It was my birthday and he ended up taking me to lunch afterwards to celebrate. I live in the bay area but I'd be willing to go back down to this location for any future purchases, though considering a Lexus will go a long way, it'll be a while until I'm back for that. “I bought my Subaru in LA and that's where I'd get it serviced when I lived there. Cypress Coast Subaru is leagues better. The people are friendlier and more transparent, the service is better, and the experience is always seamless. I brought my car in yesterday for a service knowing I'd likely need new brakes (which is what they told me during the last service- something I appreciated so it wouldn't come as a surprise). Matt W couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all of my questions, walked me through my options, pricing, etc. and got me the best deal possible. My car was ready after the shuttles had stopped running so he even deducted the price of my uber back to the dealership from my total. I got my car back working good as new and spotless. Bringing my car in to get serviced has always been something I dread (much like the dentist). Cypress Coast Subaru makes it so painless and hassle free. Thank you again, Matt!”

He told me the car has a service package and instructed me on what all it contains and how best to utilize the services covered by this package.
