“They repaired my 2006 Sentra, which had a heavily dented rear quarter panel. I took the car to many shops in the area, all wanted replace the entire quarter panel. No shop had any interest in working the metal and repairing the car. No shop had any confidence that they could match my paint (silver) color either, they wanted to do the whole car. All at price well over the value of my used car. This shop was able to repair my debt, match the color and at a reasonable price. Could not be happier.”

Fast quote on repair at time of drive-in. Gave me alternatives including one that was below my insurance deductible. So did not have to deal with insurance claim. Got parts for a 2008 car in three days. Confirmed the part was accurate. Did painting and repair in two days. Office staff efficient but not particularly friendly. Repair staff efficient and friendly. . If you want outstanding service, this is the place to go in Monterey.”

“I ordered a set of pro car seat brackets for my '83 Nissan Sentra. They were horrible. The bolt holes didn't line up all the way. When I tried to tweak them the welds broke. I figured I'd still try to use them but they were so poorly engineered it made the seat too high. When I contacted Andy's they didn't even blink and sent me a refund right away, no questions asked.
