Tesla paid for the repair under warranty but I thought their costs were very reasonable. Competent staff, knowledgeable, busy; a well run business IMO.”

“It was my first time buying a car new and I did a lot of research beforehand to decide on what make and model I wanted. My family has always had Lexus and Toyota and I decided on finally getting a Lexus of my own. This is a smaller dealership than some, but the atmosphere is very relaxing and I did not feel pressure that I've gotten from other dealerships. I had the opportunity to work with Chris on the UXH I wanted, and he was patient with me on getting me what I needed. Markeith in financing was also great to work with. It was my birthday and he ended up taking me to lunch afterwards to celebrate. I live in the bay area but I'd be willing to go back down to this location for any future purchases, though considering a Lexus will go a long way, it'll be a while until I'm back for that.
