“As a customer that has and continues to personally visit this branch I feel that this negative review needs to be removed. My personal investment banker, Neal (I apologize I do not recall his last name at the moment or have his business card on me otherwise I would definitely mention his full name), has never lead me down the wrong path. I am a young adult that currently makes more than I know how to allocate. With this much in liquid assets I need to know that my investment banker is on my side. Neal has gone above am beyond for me. Not only did he reassure me that making this financial leap was indeed a risk, but also a huge potential gain, he did so in the most elaborate graceful manner I can come up with. As a young adult, who owns his own business and provides for numerous individuals that require extensive financial planning, I highly recommend Neal from the Capitola Bay/Porter Charles Schwab branch. He was not only able to effectively communicate exactly how my funds were going to be allocated he was also able to provide in detail the risk I am going to face with these investments. As a young business owner I value personal connections that I deem true. Neal was able to assure me that even if he did not have the answer he would do his best to research it and update me accordingly.
