“Very happy with the service provided. The estimator did a thorough job and returned my car in great shape. Pricing was transparent, too. My only small complaint is that after receiving the estimation, I didn't hear back from B2 Perfection for around a month -- even though it was estimated that parts would arrive and work would begin within 2 weeks. Delays happen, but it would have been nice to get a text message update just acknowledging the delay. I actually thought my case was somehow lost because when I called to follow up, it took them a while to find my estimate (because it was from Tesla insurance). But once we got past this hiccup, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism of Victor (my estimator) and the rest of the team. Thanks for the nice work!”

“I stopped by without an appointment because I had pulled out one side of my front bumper while backing out my car. Chris greeted me warmly - and even though he doesn't take people without appointments - he was very friendly and immediately came outside to take a look at my car. In less than 3 minutes he had pushed the bumper back in. I am very well aware this is not a permanent solution but I had requested him to just push it back in and he did that without any fuss. When asked what I owe him he said nothing.I highly recommend 101 Collision Center if you are looking for friendly and fast service. “100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”

“Michael J's was a recommended body shop by my insurance. . They called me shortly after I spoke with my insurance agent. Tbh I was skeptical about going to a body shop I wasn't familiar with but I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little bit early for my 3 PM appointment But it was empty when I walked in so I was immediately greeted by the woman at the front desk and shortly there after I met with Hung (Operations mngr) who was there one to inspect the damage on my vehicle. Hung was really friendly and very thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the claim and explained what I didn't. Everything was really smooth and efficient. He made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend this shop for your auto body needs!”

“I will be very honest with this review and I hope it helps. My insurance company recommended Golden West Collision Center after an accident with my car. I was able to get in the same day of the accident to have my car looked over and get an estimate for the cost to fix it. At my initial visit the staff was friendly and helpful, all went smooth. A few days later I got the update that my car would take approximately 2 weeks to fix. Now this is where is gets a little disappointing. When I went to pick up the car, I could clearly see the bumper was not aligned properly.There was a gap on the side where the repair was to be done. I pointed this out to Andres, who noticed as well. I left my car so that they could fix this, thinking I would get it back the next day. This was not the case. A few days later I went back and there was still a gap and then I noticed the paint in the area that was fixed was not correct as it had more of a yellow tint in it vs my white plus there was over spray on the hood and doors. Again they kept the car to fix these two issues. The third time I went back the gap was still not fixed. At this point after several attempts at fixing my car, to be honest I was done. That is when the owner, Joe McKenna, contacted me wanting to make things right. He was able to get the insurance to authorize the actual manufacturers bumper for my car and make things right. After 4 weeks, I was finally able to pick up my car and it looks amazing. Joe and the whole team at Golden West Collision Center were great and I am thankful for all the hard work that team put into getting my car back to normal. It was definitely a longer process than I anticipated and yes there were bumps in the road but they did come through in the end. For this I am very appreciative.”

“Located on prospect ave this store has been here for as long as I can remember "not the same business" I needed a to get a window regulator with a motor for my friends truck so I got on the old "interweb" ordered the part and had it shipped to this O Reily's, the next day I got a email telling me that the part is ready to pick up. Pulling in the parking lot is kind of small and a bit difficult to navigate. Walking inside I noticed that they have a nice selection of special details "I'm always on the lookout for tools that I don't have" the isles were also all stocked, service was quick and I was in and out in no time.”
