“I've utilized O'Reilly Auto Parts for numerous years. I always find what I need there and at an affordable price. The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had times where I needed help with a diagnostic and they were able to run a scan for sensors/fuses right there on the spot. Returns have been easy, when necessary. It is rare I don't find what I need there. This location superseded what I needed a few nights ago when I needed a starter many people don't stock. After a couple of YouTube videos and the correct bulb and fasteners I was able to replace my low beam bulb and put back the air cowling that was in the way. “My headlight burnt out. I called this shop on California Avenue in Mountain view, and they found the right bulb for my car. I brought in the car, and struggled to change the bulb myself in my parking space in front of the store. The sweet salesperson who had sold me the bulb saw me through the window, clearly figured out that I had no idea what I was doing, and came out to help. In a few minutes, he figured out how to remove the old bulb and replace it with the new, not so straightforward a process. He was kind, polite, not condescending, very understanding and sweet. His name is Oscar and he ROCKS. He is a lovely young man, and he makes this store look really good. He absolutely refused to take money, which is further evidence of his integrity. If you go to this store and need advice or help, ask for Oscar.”

“Located on prospect ave this store has been here for as long as I can remember "not the same business" I needed a to get a window regulator with a motor for my friends truck so I got on the old "interweb" ordered the part and had it shipped to this O Reily's, the next day I got a email telling me that the part is ready to pick up. Pulling in the parking lot is kind of small and a bit difficult to navigate. Walking inside I noticed that they have a nice selection of special details "I'm always on the lookout for tools that I don't have" the isles were also all stocked, service was quick and I was in and out in no time.”
