“Let me just say I LOVE my new mattress, but I was pleasantly surprised by the set up of the store, very clean, and organized. Cora sold me the mattress and she was so nice, professional, and I felt like I could trust her opinions when it came to the appliances she was selling. I will probably come back to buy that 2 in 1 washer and dryer lol if you’re looking for affordable but beautiful appliances like stoves and fridges this is your spot. They also offer delivery”

“A bit confusing on where to park (Entrance is in back of the store), but otherwise wonderful customer service and couldn't have been easier for someone who is not a professional. I called their line and explained what I needed, the agent on the phone gave me an order number and when I got to the store all my items were ready to be picked up!”

“Big thank you to Mo!!! He was helpful and thorough helping us find a new fridge at a great price when our old one broke. They deliver within 25 miles for a very fair price and I'm impressed with the customer service. They also hauled our old unit away. Getting our new fridge into our house was very difficult due to our narrow doorways but Mo didn't give up and got creative. I will definitely be coming back here next time we need to replace an appliance. We easily saved over a grand getting our fridge here vs a big box store.”

“I came to this location 3 days in a row trying to find some parts for my shower head and the first two days NOT A SOUL could or would help me. Nobody knew and the ones who tried would just give up. Until Kenny. Kenny made my 2 hr trip into a 15 minute trip and I am so grateful. He was extremely knowledgeable, super quick, and great attitude. He seemed like the only person who took his job seriously and knew what he was doing. The other kids working there might need more training in products and customer care. Check out people were really nice too.”

“Thank you, Home Depot, for your excellent delivery service. Upon being dissatisfied with another company, we ordered a laundry washer & dryer from Home Depot. Their delivery service was excellent. They let us know when they were coming, confirmed the day before, and texted 15 minutes before arrival. Not only did they deliver on time, they also helped us with set up. Overall, we are satisfied with Home Depot, their delivery, and cannot wait to try out our new laundry set”

“Tonight, I got home to find my downstairs bathroom flooded (we're thinking it may be related to the rain. Well, my local Home Depot shows they have 5 dehumidifiers in stock and when I go in, they tell me they know it says it online, but they don't have them. I called this location, as the next closest HD, wait to speak to a person and then get transferred to plumbing. They show they have 1 in stock, try to check the shelves, but cannot locate it. After several attempts to find a dehumidifier elsewhere, we give up for the night and start setting up fans (not very helpful - especially when you can't open the windows in the rain), and eventually I see I have a missed call and voicemail. Ken, from plumbing dept, called me back after locating the last dehumidifier in the store that was placed in a different spot than normal. Sounds silly to be so excited and grateful for a dehumidifier, but that VM was the relieving thing to hear. I called back and caught Ken right before he left for lunch and he was so kind to go pull the unit for me and have it taken to customer service before his break! I truly appreciate his customer service! He went above and beyond, not knowing the situation and just being a helpful person. I never would have expected a call back for a stock check, but tonight Ken was more helpful than he will ever know! I hope he gets recognized properly for his help. I could not leave a review on the HD site directly.”
