“I was so lucky to find Coast Vacuum & Sewing Center! Andy and staff did an outstanding job for me on my mother's Singer Sewing Machine and cabinet! I called around to several places before choosing Coast. I choose them because of the conversation I had with Andy on the phone. He was super helpful, gave me a lot guidance, and more than anything was very patient. After that phone conversation I chose them. And was that ever the right decision! They did an outstanding job on my mom's Singer Sewing machine! It had been sitting for 50 years un-used and needed a lot of work. Andy completely restored it! It now looks brand new and works perfectly!!! I am now sewing on it again. My mother passed this last year and I have a deep sentimental attachment to this machine (She taught me how to sew on this machine and we had many special moments together around it). Andy understood the meaning it held for me and treated it like his own. Even maybe better. I will never forget the kindness he and the staff showed me and what a wonderful caring job they did. I highly recommend them for all your needs, not just sewing machine repair. I will definitely be back!”

The woman I spoke to understood what I wanted immediately, and found the exact kitchen sink faucet that is broken in our house. She was very nice, helpful, and professional. “very large inventory and naturally a lot of industry workers are souricng equpiment/tools in this area. I had two visits in the smae day - the first visit was Ok and I needed assistance with some air compressor tools and the Home depot employee said "No one really knows anything about that stuff, maybe come back another day". I was shocked that he basically didn't try to ask anyone for help or take a jab at learnign something to sharpen his own knowledge. Nonetheless - I figured it out or so I thought and purchased my parts. I went back a few hours later at 915PM (rgiht before closing) and AJ, a young man who was working helped me for almost fifteen minutes to resolve the compatability issue I had with male/female plugs and couplers in the air compressor aisle. Without hesitation, he was patient, helpful, and glad to help me resolve my dilemma. If the managers are reading this, get more employees like AJ, people like him are the reason I'd come back to Home Depot. My visit was on 2/16/22 at 9pm if that helps find which AJ. haha”
