“Took my Harman Kardon PM665, integrated amp from 1986 in for volume knob and switch cleaning to get rid of the crackle that had been running thru it for years. Man what a difference Bill made. I should have taken in this years ago. Bill said the amp is too old to get parts. So he cleaned every switch and knob as best as possible.when I brought the amplifier home after just a couple days the sound is pure & clear once again and most importantly crackle free. Sounds like new, Bill made for a very easy and quick repair.”

Disclaimer, at times, this store can be busy, so, call ahead to ensure wait times meet your standards? 3rd time upgrading the families phones(3 lines), and asking for a more affordable plan option? Come to find out, an ownership change to my spouse was the most affordable option....(thank you for your service). I was first approached by a triage person to take my information and my reason for my visit which was quick as always. As soon as Joe(sorry, didn't catch his name) finished up, he let me know that there were a few people ahead of me and it would be a bit. A bit ended up being 10 minutes when he came back and started taking more information. As soon as he did, Christian O. was available and began assisting my family. It was approx. 11 AM. We broke down to Christian that we wanted to see our options to upgrade, however before that, wanted to see our plan options as I was on an old Sprint plan, that was not affordable. In the end, as I said before, we needed to do an ownership change, which he patiently mediated. His friendly demeanor made the experience seem a lot shorter than the 3 hours we were there. As other customers became impatient, the team in the store began assisting more than one person at a time. We've noticed this before, Michael, the store manager(who has helped us before) had the store clear of wait times by 2 PM, around the time we left. All in all, if you expect to be treated with respect and kindness, come here. If you like rude customer service, go elsewhere.... If we were allowed to tip, we would have.... Love the new tech, thanks Harbor team!!!”

“This is the plaza that used to have a large Kmart store. The Kmart store closed and it was replaced by the amazing ATHOME store that is amazing ! It’s like IKEA meets home goods and other decor stores. The diversity of items is amazing and at very low prices. The best place to buy patio and indoor furniture. The variety of rugs is great. “The night before Christmas Eve we were trying to pick up our order plus purchase some last minute Christmas presents. Andy the cashier told us he was new, and was just trained on the cash register. We had some technical difficulties , but Andy was so patient and customer service oriented despite it being past midnight. It's service like that right before the holidays that make your last minute Christmas shopping that much more pleasant. Andy was very professional, helpful, and kind. We just wanted to give him some recognition”
“I never leave reviews but Valeria C. was so amazing I had to. I went in to switch my phone from AT&T to Verizon and something happened where it stopped working in the middle of transferring the eSIM. I was already home so I went back to Verizon and realized the store was already closed. I sat outside Verizon to chat with an agent since I was connected to wifi. Valeria saw me and immediately started helping me even though the store was already closed. She went out of her way and assisted me on her own time. I felt so relived after she helped me fix my phone out of the kindness of her heart. Thank you Valeria!!”

“Would be 5 stars except for the short angry bald guy ,during the day shift that physically threatens peopleSituation is that i walked out the store with an exchange for the fountain drink i bought that tasted like soda water , tried three diff drinks all the same result , told the bald guy and he called me lier etc which resulted in me asking to exchange for a bottled drink , he refused so i took one anyways and he followed me out to my car and started calling me names , physically threatened me and told me hed get me back if i ever came in again ...Which i will because other than him ...I love this store . The owner and other employees are awesome, store is always open and clean.”

“10:30 am, not sure but the morning experience hits differently than all the negative reviews. Clerk was perfectly helpful and friendly, no smell or audio issues. Had the particular item I was looking for in ADDITION to the sugar free vitamin water slurpee. I've only run across this at one other location in Fullerton. I know this isn't what most people care about but hey, it gets them to a 4 star for me.”
