“Me and my husband were hunting for mattresses for a couple of weeks throughout different stores between LA and OC counties because we were moving to our first ever spot and it was going to be the first mattress owned by us as-well. When we got into the Sit n’ Sleep store at Santa Ana, we were greeted by Ron Gonzalez, sleep consultant who asked us what we were looking for, and we explained briefly the type of mattress we were interested and asked to be let browse in the store. He invited us to try and spend as much time needed. After some time he checked in to see if we had questions. We had tried enough to gather a few queries. He gave us precise answers and guided us to the best options comfort and budget wise. We left the store and came back a few days later to confirm deals and final prices since we wanted to compare with another mattress candidate that we had at a different store. We came for a mattress only but since we were planning to get a bed frame aswell he offered us a great deal for both. Ron was such a good consultant, very well educated in mattress knowledge and even better as a person. Me and husband always appreciate and remember the kind of people that are good above all. As a young married couple we find valuable the people that we encounter throughout the important steps we take in our marriage life, since they are sort of part of the adventure. “Franny for president!! I want to start off by saying thank you to one of the managers over @ world market for going above and beyond for me and my pregnant girlfriend. Situation: We have been trying to buy couches from world market for a little under a month now. My gf received an email giving us 40%off and an additional 20%off that. The link we clicked on rerouted us to the web site, and on the Web site it wouldn't give us the discount. So we called customer service and had a terrible experience, in which they couldn't help us. We decided to walk into the store, and the President(aka Franny) helped us out and was welcoming and understanding right from the gate. She assured us that she was going to take care of our situation. Outcome: We ended up buying the couches at full price in which, I received a credit for the discounted price 2 days after. Before we left the store after buying the couches, Franny said "Don't worry just enjoy your couch and I'll take care of the rest. And that she did!! Again thank you Franny!! Just another confirmation that it's still better to buy at the store level. Thank you for being that 1%. #Frannyisthebest”

“I made an amazon list of things I needed the day before. I have seen this store passing by and one day I clicked on it and read reviews. There is some really cool stuff for good prices. I had an open day and like other reviews said that you might have to dig around is true. I got almost everything I needed and products I’ve bought before. There’s makeup, bath accessories, food, drinks, home decor, candles, hair dyers, party stuff, perfumes, cell phone accessories, chargers etc. I enjoyed walking around and checking the store out. I bought a small lotion and burts bees chapstick not pictured. Happy I found this place.”

“I have always seen ads or commercials of Sleep Number Beds for as long as I remember so I decided to finally invest in one. I went in to the South Coast-Bristol location not knowing what to expect. The salesperson that helped us out that evening was Alan. He approached us in a super kind manner and proceeded to walk us around the store showing us each bed. He took my existing back pain into consideration when showing us each bed as well. We had to wait on one bed for about 30 minutes because of other buyers hanging out on it but no time was wasted as Alan directed us to see our financing options. He was just the kind of salesperson we needed to make our experience a great one. Chris who is the store manager at the location was also extremely helpful in the following days as there was a small hiccup in our order. He and Aland quickly addressed the issue and offered solutions that best fit our needs. Please do yourself the favor and go in to the South Coast- Bristol location if you are thinking about buying a Sleep Number Bed!”

“I've been going to this Target location for a few months now, but today was different. There was Luis. I've never met anyone at this store, at this location that goes the extra mile - Luis does. My wife and I was looking for son's milk, Horizon for growing years, and Luis heard us say "they don't have it, again." He immediately jumped to help and went through the trouble of going to the back of the warehouse as he offloaded quite a few loads of milk already so he wanted to help. He could've easily just ignored our comment and presented he didn't hear us, but I noticed he was helping quite a few people that evening. This man deserves a raise, he cares. “I have to give some love to Target South Coast. I have been ordering curbside pickup for about nine months and have never been disappointed with the associate's selections. In contrast, I have been to other stores and in some cases they bring out packages that were already opened, appear suspicious, or mear expiration dates. This store has been 100%. Tips: Use the Target app and let them know you're coming. Always always check the expiration dates on perishable items and personal items such as Neosporin....yes this has an expiration dates. Lastly let them know you brought your own bag so they reverse the $1 charge. Happy shopping!!!”
