“The service from Kristen and Melissa at the counter was excellent. Some other office workers there are less customer-friendly. It is worth waiting for Kristin or Melissa, if necessary, especially if your order needs some adjustment after it arrives.I ordered stain-grade red oak window and door trim. Most of it was fine but there was one piece had to be exchanged because it was too deformed. A few of the other pieces had some minor tear out from the knives at the mill but I was able to correct that with sanding and filling. The quality of the molding seems to have declined since I last ordered it several years ago.”

“This place used to be OSH hardware and not its ACE hardware. It is a bigger ACE hardware I ever been to ( Been to 5-8 ACE hardware). I mean bigger meaning that it is more spacious and less crowded in terms of aisle space.”
