Excellent customer service. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to start a checking account and rent a safe deposit box in under an hour. I truly appreciated the customer care they provided in meeting my banking and financial needs. I will remain with this branch for the long run. Thank you!!

Nice location but the lines to get help with a teller are ridiculous. Only 2 tellers while there are about 15 people in line. I bank with chase they don't have this issue. But for my job I have to do bank errands at Bank of America.

This Bank of America has the nicest workers ! Every time I'm here even when it's busy , the workers always have me leaving with a smile ! Thank you for everything you all do !
