“I was having some bank account issues and I wasn't getting a clear understanding why. I went to another branch before coming to this one. That branch basically told me they couldn't help and to call chase and go to another place. I was upset and frustrated but they did me a favor. I came into the San Pedro branch and I spoke with a banker named Brandon and he was so nice and helpful. He went over and beyond to answer my questions and help me with my problem.
