“I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“I love Enterprise! Your people are fantastic. I really appreciate the customer service that goes above and beyond when I would expect. Specifically, Antanisha “NeeNee” Watson is an outstanding employee. When I made my reservation, I didn’t realize there was no unlimited mileage with my corporate agreement. Since I was driving more than 1000 miles this was going to cost me several hundred dollars. I was going to switch to national rental car, but Nee Nee and her branch manager, Jackie Taylor, stepped in and waived the mileage fee. I’ll never forget this and always rent from Enterprise!”

Shuttle Service to the rent a car building was a short wait to front door service.
The process for renting the car was quick and easy.
The staff was in a great mood laughing and very polite while handling business.
It was a pleasure to see them in such a great mood at that late hour.

“The vehicle was great, and the staff at Harder & Mission were hard working and courteous. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is that the site Enterprise chose for this very busy location is a logistical nightmare. No customer parking, and no room to maneuver vehicles being checked in and out. As a result, we had to wait 90 minutes for our rental vehicle. The hard working team at Harder & Mission Enterprise deserve better IMHO.”

“I rented a car for 24 hours and Zaire was excellent. He apologized for the wait, even though it was for less than 5 minutes. No hassle, not pushy about trying to sell me on extra coverage, just took care of business with politeness and speed. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the car only had one functional speaker (at least that's what it sounded like) and it stopped working after about 2 minutes and never came back on again. Not a big deal for me but if I had a long drive, I would have been disappointed. Other than that, I'm definitely renting from there again since it's so close to my house.”

“This location was NOT Oakland Airport location but they still took my OAK drop without an extra fee. Close enough to OAK that it may be worth a ride share fee and POSSIBLY get a cheaper rate at this "Local" location than the airport facility charges, related if you rent from OAK airport location. CONs no shuttle or Airport pickup from/to this location. You MUST use ride share to get to/from Airport.”

“I came here one time before. The people who owned it were a couple and they were horrible and went to the Gilman location instead. I came back recently and realized the old, rude and unprofessional owners were gone and the place is under new management by the two guys from Gilman.
Talk to Tien and Wayne and they'll give you the updated rates right then and there. They help you with even the electric vehicles if you don't know how to use one. These two guys leave me confident that I am in good hands.”

“Helped us when our car rental at Oakland airport had delays. They offered us an SUV when we were disappointed with the size of their Sedan. We were in and out quick and the customer service was on point.”
“I've rented numerous cars from this location and have never had an issue. They are always friendly and helpful. The location can be challenging to pull in and out of but I'm used to it at this point. I'd say the only downside is that since this isnt at the airport, they dont have the largest selection of vehicles but that is to be expected at one of these off airport type locations.”
“These guys are the best. They did not have to be as good at their job as they were, but they were on top of it. Managed to leave our house keys in the rental came back an hour later, hoping to find it and the fantastic people at this Fox Rental outlet Found them right away (All while helping other people to their cars Super efficiently) they also have a below market rate on gas for the car. So having them fill it up is actually saving you some money. Can’t recommend them enough, plus they are super nice.”
“This spot is more of a no frills type of car rental but that's what I prefer. You might miss the turn in off mission of you're driving too fast, but I'd definitely recommend this place! I especially like how they don't try n pressure you into buying a bunch of unnecessary extras like most other large chains. Pricing is great. Picking up my rentals are always quick and easy, same with returns. Plus, I've never had to compete with lines/crowds like at enterprise.”

“Extraordinary Service!!!! I followed GPS to the wrong location and ended up on a closed road surrounded by homeless. It was not safe at all.When in arrived at this location, the correct Budget location, the staff was over friendly and extremely helpful. He escorted me to gas station so I wasn’t alone, and switched out my rental car super fast! He gave me a choice of what I wanted so I could be comfortable.All rental cars aren’t perfect, they’ll never be, hundreds of different people drive them. But when the service is exceptional, And staff is smiling, it leaves a lasting impression.Thanks to you all for your hard work. I’ll for sure use you again.”

“A little slow, so definitely plan to get there around 10-20 minutes before you need to leave, but very very friendly and accommodating. I left my wallet in the rental and was able to easily pick it up in the morning. The rates are very good as well!”
