“I rented a car from Enterprise at Oakland airport on January 6, 2024 and had a great experience. The agents that checked me in upon arrival were professional, kind, warm and friendly. Each of them gave me a warning to not leave valuables in the car as thefts were on the rise in the area. I was given a brand new 2024 Nissan Maxima which I thoroughly enjoyed driving. The car was clean and without issue. My rental experience was great. I mentioned I had to be at the airport at 4am for my return flight and they said the location was only open for drop off only and that it would be safe. On the return, it wasn't as seamless as I expected, as there wasn't any Enterprise signage on the outer road that would lead me to the return location. I could see their well lit building, but there was no entrance there. Every other agency had their name displayed on signage at the entrances off the outer road. I drove around the perimeter for 10 minutes looking for the entrance. I was so frustrated that I turned into Avis' section hoping I could weave my way around to Enterprise somehow, but I couldn't. I was stuck. Thankfully, an Avis rep approached the car as I drove in circles as he knew I was lost. He said I was lucky I pulled in there because Avis is the only company that staffs someone 24 hours. He moved his vehicle and let me out and was able to guide me to the right entrance. The Enterprise sign was only visible if you looked down at the end of the driveway. Good thing he was there, because I would have been at risk for missing my flight. I would strongly suggest an Enterprise sign be put with the stack of other rental agency signs to make it easier. But, until they do, just "remember the Alamo", as they have a sign and it's that driveway you want.”

The guys working there are very patient and understanding, even when the customers are demanding and rude. I had no problems with my rentals. Picking up and returning rentals was very easy.”

“Wasn't planning to rent from an elite company that caters to private jet flyers, which I am not, but after an accident that made me need a rental car immediately on a weekend when no regular rental place within 30 miles had any cars, I had no choice. Go Rentals is not partnered with my insurance, so I was leery, but they could not have been more accommodating. Every single person I interacted with on the phone or in person was so helpful and professional. Super supportive crew who went out of their way to help me figure out options to get the car back and were very understanding of my insurance situation. I didn't know they existed, back behind the airport in the private jet lobby, but am so glad I found them. Excellent service!!”

“This spot is more of a no frills type of car rental but that's what I prefer. You might miss the turn in off mission of you're driving too fast, but I'd definitely recommend this place! I especially like how they don't try n pressure you into buying a bunch of unnecessary extras like most other large chains. Pricing is great. Picking up my rentals are always quick and easy, same with returns. Plus, I've never had to compete with lines/crowds like at enterprise.”

“I rented a car for 24 hours and Zaire was excellent. He apologized for the wait, even though it was for less than 5 minutes. No hassle, not pushy about trying to sell me on extra coverage, just took care of business with politeness and speed. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the car only had one functional speaker (at least that's what it sounded like) and it stopped working after about 2 minutes and never came back on again. Not a big deal for me but if I had a long drive, I would have been disappointed. Other than that, I'm definitely renting from there again since it's so close to my house.”

“Excellent experience, my wife if very sensitive to chemical and other odors. We were assigned a beautiful new Nissan and it had a strong new car odor which gave my wife a headache right away, the kind woman at the stand where you check out went out of her way to make sure we had a car with no strong odors. The 2nd car smelled of pot so we looked at the car next to that and it had no odor at all. We checked out and were on on way with having the most extraordinary customer service experience. “Veronica is amazing.I've gone there three times and every time I walk into that location, its like absolute hell on earth. Three phones are ringing back to back, two Karen's are screaming and breathing fire, and a homocidial partidge in a pear tree is flying around the lobby, threatening to kill customersand yet every single time, Veronica is patient, kid, helpful and cheerful. without fail. Flawless execution. NOT ONLY does Veronica need a siginificant pay raise, butI hope whomever has created the conditions in which Veronica has to manage that unbridled hell on their own never has a restful night of sleep for the rest of their lives. I wish I could give this place 1 star because it is a failure of management to make somebody handle that alone, but I am giving it 5 stars to make it abundantly clear how amazing Veronica is.”

I had Hawaii driver lic renew Gov proof but agent was did not have knowledge of Hawaii gov proof paper ID I WAS waiting she can understand that my paper ID is real but she couldn't waited 1:45 min Mr. Brown came helped me in 2min he authorized my Gov ID renewal receipt and copy.
