Great service and people! Chill and no bs interactions; shoutout for East Bay vibes. On the flip side: interacting with corporate (extending rental) was a hassle and unpleasant. Would come here to pickup again.

Great experience in Oakland picking up the car. Employees were upbeat , welcoming , and professional. Received a nice car , helpful directions , and a sketch of a fox for our 6 yr old who thought we were getting a fox with our car. We’ll definitely be back
