They are always helpful and a phone call away vs my experience at credit unions where I cant ever get a real person. She was sooo sweet, kept calm through frustration of having to repeat herself a hundred times ?♀️ and was so gentle about it. In fact she overly went above and beyond to do even more help then she needed to do or should’ve. She was a godsend!!
