Now, for the bank system and how they handle internal issues, it's an F. having dealt with an issue about fraud, the bank VIP could care less. In our case, a fraudulent company took our money for a concert and the company disappeared. They don't exist, but take the money and even answer a phone for the banks. We were out $600.00 and no apology.”
