Nichole was very patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out some debit card issues. She also stopped me from throwing away a pre paid card that has $350 on it! Thanks so much Nichole!Also the bank is great too.

The staff here is super helpful and I would recommend them. I have had trouble at other SchoolsFirst branches though, so this is only for the San Juan location as they have always been very helpful.
