Very helpful staff here! (Tim) Came to get my boyfriends phone activated but we forgot the pin and the person who helped us provided the effort to figure it out rather than dismissing us. Parking Plenty of parking in their private lot next to subway. Highly recommend!

Tim is the best metro customer service representative I have ever met!I always go to this location because of him, he is always helpful and full of information. I will always go here for my new phones!

After visiting my daughter's gravesite I was a little off but got an upgrade, it went smoothly so now going back in to upgrade again. Hopefully I can get iPhone & keep my number (business reasons)
