zero patience and zero courtesy, I was just asking for information about the plans and the lady my God, was so rude she just hung me off. Terrible customer service.

If you are an existing customer do not purchase a phone from this store or any other T-Mobile store. The phone will be labeled as an upgrade and you will not be able to return it or exchange under any circumstances. The employees will not tell you this but It is in the fine print on the receipt, READ IT
