“I have been going to this location for years and they never disappoint. I recently brought in a gaming laptop of my sons and Kevin was awesome. He called me to discuss the problems, provided a few different solutions and what the cost was going to be. Kevin is very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He had the laptop ready in a day and was truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend taking your item(s) you are having issues with to this location as they will not disappoint.”

“I wanted to wait about a month or so before making a review. I stopped by about a month and a half ago to have my iPad Pro repaired. This is my honest review and experience. If you don't want to read all of this just skip to the last paragraph. My iPad Pro was not charging. I took it to a couple of franchised type shops in the area that either concluded that the problem was the charging port and or battery. Both other shops quoted around $400-$800 for the repair. Initially, I didn't not know what to make of the cost but it seemed that they both just threw out random prices, but that could be just what I thought. I also contacted their other locations that gave me inconsistent pricing for the same repairs. I won't mention the name of those shops here. I needed a third opinion so I went to Crystal International. After being recommended by two of my friends, I took my iPad to Crystal International. They conducted a quick test and similarly concluded that the charging port was damaged and needed to be replaced. I asked about the battery and they mentioned that it doesn't often go bad but they would check it once it was opened. I decided to move forward with the repair by Crystal because the cost was unbeatable and worth the chance and would save me from doing the work myself. I think it was a 24hr turnaround. I returned to pick it up and got it back with a new charging port. Battery was left alone because nothing was found wrong with it. A month and a half later, zero issues with changing or holding a charge or anything else. It has been working as it should since the repair.Summary:Excellent customer service. Extremely fair pricing! Excellent workmanship! They have a sheet with device models with costs of the types of repairs. So, if you are considering purchasing a repair kit off eBay or Amazon and working on your device yourself, DON'T! Just save yourself time and some money and just take it to Crystal International. They have the tools and experience to get it done right. Highly recommended!”

“Broke my phone playing basketball brought it over he got it done in like 10-15 minutes. Wasn't expensive at all for a screen repair probably the one of the cheapest ones. 10/10 recommend”

“I think these guys are GREAT! They diagnosed my old radio to have a bad motherboard, and since it was 14 years old, parts are hard to get. They finally found one, but at $965, I decided to pass. I got another unit online, but it didn't display the backup camera view. Both were diagnosed for FREE, and that must have taken some time. They also kept me informed by phone. If you have any radio/GPS/backup camera problems with your unit, I would strongly recommend coming here first. It saved me at least $1,200. Jim”

“My five-year-old iPhone 6s (I know) finally died on me & wouldn't power on, even when plugged in. Since my iCloud was full, the backup could not restore the important most recent data onto my new phone. Thus, I needed to get the old phone operable to at least retrieve that data ASAP. Mansoor responded to my request quickly & we were able to arrange for him to run the diagnostic the next day (Saturday)... The problem was not as easy a fix as just replacing the battery, so he kept troubleshooting through the weekend--updating me along the way--&, lo & behold, he got the phone working again (crucially, with all the data intact!)! Mansoor is affable & he saved the day!”

“Absolutely amazing! They are nice, and very good at what they do. My laptop pooped out on me, and when I trusted Apple to help me out, they quoted me 50.00 to fix a "wire" of sorts, and a week later, I get a call from apple saying my motherboard is "fried" and that it is going to cost 500.00 to replace it. I told them no thank you, and found these guys on google with fantastic reviews. They figured out that my hard drive was bad...not the motherboard. With parts and labor, I left with a laptop that was good as new for only 250.56. Please. Save your time and money and go to these guys! After my experience I wouldn't trust Apple to fix a sandwich! Thanks Computerman! You guys ROCK!”

“I have an S23 Ultra phone that got a cracked screen and I mistakenly brought it into this guys shop thinking I was at someone else's shop. After getting screwed at Ifixphones in the Walmart at Fremont (they broke my phone and could not use) Tony took off a perfectly good screen from another phone and added it to mine. I'm using this phone now to share this message and I'm really happy to have my phone working again.”

“I can't rave enough about the service I received. First of all, I was thrilled to find out they were open on Thanksgiving day. Secondly, I thought I needed to have the whole LCD screen replaced on my tablet but once the gentleman examined it, he was able to fix in a few minutes and didn't charge anything!! I would definitely recommend and return for any electronic services”

“Full disclosure: my device was still under warranty, so I did not have to pay out of pocket for any services provided by UbreakIfix. With that said, a few Fridays ago, my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra that I bought 10 months ago started giving me the "moisture or foreign material detected in charging port" notification whenever I tried to plug it in. I tried to troubleshoot it myself: removed the sim card tray and S pen to air out, hair dryer blowing cool, clean toothbrush to remove debris, tried different plugs/cords/outlets, turned off fast charging, cleared cache and numerous restarts, but alas. I booked an appointment for Sunday 12noon through Samsung.com.I was bummed that my nearest Samsung authorized service center was 25 miles from home. But it's close to the highway and the shopping plaza has plenty of parking and restaurants and shops to kill time at. I was told it should be ready by closing (5pm), but I decided to just come back for it the following day. They seem to be very popular as I showed up within minutes of opening each day, and there were already other customers ahead of me. The employees were all very friendly and knowledgable. While waiting in line, I heard their spiels trying to sell their plan to other customers, which actually did sound like a good deal if I thought I had more electronics that would benefit from it. They were very informative and transparent about the plan, but not uncomfortably pushy or aggressive, which is very much appreciated. When I returned for my phone the next day, they had done exactly what they said they would do and explained the process. I'm very happy with the service I received. I wish they had location closer to home, but I will gladly come back here in the future as needed.”
