Scott is very professional, also very easy to communicate with. He replies emails promptly and get the job done quickly. He will also provide detailed report about what he found and how he approach the solution. Overall highly recommended!

I brought in my ASR Emitter I Exclusive because it had blown a capacitor. I previously contacted ASR to obtain replacement caps and was able to purchase an upgrade kit that included multiple caps and resistors and hard-to-follow instructions. Scott was able to get it all done and I've not had a problem since
