I tried to send money to my girlfriend in Jamaica. Western Union added a process to the procedure. They needed to talk to me personally to verify my identity. That's fine, but I had to wait on hold for two hours. They should not add extra steps if they are not staffed to handle processing them. They suck.

Made transactions online, the customer support is horrible. The Web Care team even ignores my email, what a trash.

Terrible service... waited on hold for over an hour and still no help. Can't manage to the transfer money and can't get anyone to help . Ridiculous company.. stay away
