“This market is one of the best deli/grocery /produce markets that I have ever come across! I live in the area and I will go only to this market because of the deli sandwiches hands down #1 and they offer whatever you would like on it and they make it very special and specific. The quality is priceless and the flavors are amazing. I have been coming here for more than 15 years and I'm always blown away of the service/quality and the items they offer in their store. Their location is perfect because they are always on the way to where you need to go, whether to the airport or just around town, it's so convenient. I recently have been there at least 4 times during the week to bring food to the nearby hospital CPMC for my family members visiting from France and locally and their experience was off the charts. “Oxbridge sandwiches are so GOOD!! My mom created hers, and I had the turkey club. I was NOT disappointed at all.The deli menu is full of other cleverly named subs that I can't wait to try. “The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how this place smelled exactly the same as the butcher shop my grandfather would take me to as a kid in the country outside of Buenos Aires. That smell that only comes from a butcher shop that’s making the sausages fresh, cutting the beef fresh, etc. That’s how I knew this place was legit without even trying anything. I’ve since tried a few of the sausages they have and they’re amazing. Again, the taste reminds me of the taste of the sausages my grandpa would buy from this old butcher in the country. It’s a taste you only get from butchers with a true sense of craftsmanship. Reminds me of a simpler time. I highly recommend the sausages, the meatloaf, and stuffed chicken. The charm doesn’t stop there, though, Ron and his son Michael also give stellar customer service. Always a pleasure stopping by and supporting this local business.”

Although it's located in a tough neighborhood, and some from their customer base are unpredictable, the store employees maintain a level of helpfulness and professionalism which makes shopping with them very pleasant. The store is well stocked with such a varied selection of grocery items you would think they needed are larger places. The prices for their store items are not inflated as such is the case with some stores close to that location. Very nice and attentive staff. You won't be disappointed after shopping at Amigos.”

“I'm not from the city but I used to work for a delivery courier out here. I stumbled into this place looking for water one day and I got "The Giants" pastrami sandwich. This was over a year ago and every time I come in to the city I will stop here if I can. I love "The Giants", "Tito's Special" and even the "Chicken Pesto". I LOVE THESE SANDWICHES WAY BETTER THAN IKES. Be patient with the lone cook he takes his time but makes the sandwiches with love. Recommend”

“We go to Nick's 2-3 month to pick up basic household items or for our It's It fix. When we are in the mood to bake, Nick's has a small but impressive baking section including Guittard baking chocolate and various flour options. For celebrations or just making it through the week, there's a good selection of wine and spirits. I needed a cauliflower for a soup but they ran out and the very next time Charlie saw me, he told me they had a recent delivery. Charlie and Louie are such nice and helpful guys.”
