Purchased Guinness puzzle 55139 and was going to build and frame it but alas 3 pieces of border missing, very disappointed.

Unfortunately I have had the same experience as the other reviewer of University Games not responding to phone calls. Their line during open hours is perpetually on voicemail, but messages left by customers are not returned. If I ever manage to deal with a live person there about my issue, I will revise this rating.
