“We had a couple of problems with one of our bikes while passing through town and are so very thankful for Adam and City Cycle Werkes. We pulled in on a Monday morning, Adam diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, fixed everything in 3-4 hours and got us back out on the road to continue our trip on the same day. “Good, quick service. They only take walk-ins on a first come first served basis. I had a rattling front wheel - it was $75 for an inspection, which could be put towards any additional costs for repairs / service. It ended up just being some cement that had accumulated in the wheel from an old accident so there was no additional charge. Good communication and it felt like I was treated fairly”

More recently, we were quoted $6500 by another shop ( carmax), And "all tire" ended up doing it for $1600.
Service is great and they are honest. Ben is our guy.
