“I love living in Park Merced I have been here for almost 4 years, it's very quiet very secure and management takes excellent care of the property. If you have a problem you just call them or send an email and they're there to fix it whatever it is.”
“? Jasper Tower is a 400-foot-tall residential skyscraper in San Francisco's Rincon Hill neighborhood. Completed in 2016, the 39-story building has 320 luxury apartments and offers panoramic views of the city and bay. ★★★★★”
“The building staff is great. Darren did an excellent job preparing us for our move-in, and has remained helpful. The common areas are cleaned daily and the mailroom is super organized for a building of this size.”
“My wife and I went to view the apartments and Mauricio was awesome gave a great tour real knowledgeable broke it down for me real quick tossed in some free game about the rent control laws and things been at work since 4:30am by the time we met in the afternoon so yeah even though I'm slow AF sometimes ? everything was clear um what else the bathroom hella big wife love's that she can now spend countless hours getting ready to walk down the street for brunch ? we're excited ?”
“I am a tenant and will renew my lease, especially thanks to Ed Ness.During the weekend there was no one to discuss my lease renewal, so I asked Ed for some information, even if I knew it was beyond the call of duty.He collected the info I needed, replied to me immediately and offered a great deal on my lease renewal.Thank you, Ed.”
“I just moved in and this community is phenomenal. Warm, open, committed to the natural world in the midst of the surrounding concrete jungle. So grateful to live here.”
“Best place I have ever lived in San Francisco! 388 Beale sits in one of the best small neighborhoods in the city. Community feels safe and welcoming. The resident amenities here are 5 star! Jacuzzi and sauna, lovely work/office space were some of my favorites. Great parking available not only in the large garage but also in the neighborhood. The 5th floor outdoor common area feels like a tranquil oasis in the middle of downtown. The units are modern and comfortable, with ample space available. But what makes 388 Beale really stand apart for such a great living experience is the wonderful on-site staff! Everyone working here does so well to create great relationships with residents and provide exceptional service. Amy, Lisa, and Jessica are all so wonderful to interact with, always greeting with smiles and professionalism, and the know how to assist residents with any inquires, needs, or emergencies, etc. As well as Judymar, the head of maintenance on site. He is the kindest and most helpful person when it comes to service requests and making sure all the units of each resident stay in great working order and repair. He is always working so hard, with an exceptional attitude, smiling face, ready to tackle the duties he's called upon to resolve. He delivers service in such a timely fashion even with his hands always being so full. We really appreciate the hard work and professionalism of all the staff at 388 Beale. I would recommended this living experience to anyone in the city.”
“As a tenant in an affordable SOMA apartment in the Yerba Buena Community, I found living in Yerba Buena Commons for the last four+ years an easy-going and comfortable experience, with a responsive, accessible management team close at hand on site. Even during the long years of the pandemic, when downtown San Francisco emptied out, I felt safe and protected with YBC health protocols routinely enforced. Though the YBC studios are small, they are efficient and adaptable to a private, self-sufficient life style. Fortunate to have a quieter, inner apartment facing the courtyard and garage, I was an eyewitness to the historic changes in downtown San Francisco as it hollowed out and is now returning to life, 2019-2024. An exciting neighborhood, close to world class sports, museums, and entertainment, YBC is an affordable home in a beautiful City.”
“It is the BEST apartment EVER! Honestly, I was on the verge of tears when we had to leave! The people at Concierge are exceptionally kind and responsive, and technicians are all professional. Every time we had a request or needed something fixed, they always responded promptly. Interacting with the management team and leasing office was incredibly smooth—so much so that we took it for granted. In short, if we return to work in SF or have the chance to work remotely, we would absolutely rent at Avery again! btw I hardly ever leave reviews for other apartments, but Avery is just that good.”
“Great condominium on top of a hill. Higher floors are above most buildings in the area and have a 360 degree view of San Francisco. Staff is very friendly and building is well maintained.”
“I just moved in a month ago. The environment here is very good. The leasing office and neighbors are very welcoming. I like it very much. Thank you for providing us with such a good environment!”
“Overall the first time experience of leasing an apartment was not too bad, nor overly stressful, I am satisfied with my experience, with that said, on the flip side the apparent lack of communication after a change of staff was a bit problematic and the reason I give 4 *'s instead of 5.”
“Rosenberg is an amazing outstanding technician. He asks the right questions and listens to the concerns of tenants. He is always eager to go above and beyond to satisfy us. Even in passing by him in the buildings he always says hello and kindly asks how we are doing. He is top notch talent.”
“Recently moved to 100 van ness a few and it’s been amazing so far. The leasing team at 100 has been very helpful as well as Burt at the front desk. My leasing agent Shakyra has been top notch with assisting us with our move in , she is very knowledgeable, a quick response is always guaranteed when she is at work and she is an overall sweet soul.
Thank you 100 van ness team !!!”

“Great building but the one guy always wearing his mask was rubbing his whole face and nose while wearing his mask today not with his knuckle but his fingertips. You can nip it in the bud with virus' by simply not touching your face with your fingertips--Just Dont wear another mask that will ultimately go into the ocean and kill sea life . JUST DONT RUB YOUR FACE (mouth hole, nose hole, eye hole) with your fingertips EVER. I mean EVER. At this point, if a worker needs to mask, it means they are SICK. Two weeks sick pay was the norm, why not now? Otherwise, don't request workers to mask. Just request YOUR WORKERS TO NOT TOUCH THEIR FACE WITH THEIR FINGERTIPS. It Aint that hard. But i dare you, managers. Try it. Less masks killing sea life 20 years from now.”
“First of all, this is a fantastic location for living. It's the heart of Mission bay. As a student who moved in recently, it is awesome for my online class. However, there is one thing for me to take a star off. That is the noise from neighbor's door. The lock catch of entrance door for both units share the same common wall, every time my neighbor closes his door, the big noise went through my unit from the wall. It really startle me. Even I can hear the phone conversation from my neighbor. It is very annoying because of the lack of sound insulation from the wall. Beside this, everything is excellent.”
“The staff at Tower 737 Condominium Rentals are absolutely AMAZING and very much appreciated. I must give a special thank you to Sweet S. as my family has been very blessed by her second to none customer care skills and her pleasant demeanor. Sweet has been instrumental and very kind assisting my wife and I with a FLAWLESS transfer process after losing our Mom. Thank you so much for your assistance and being so kind during this painful period. You took all of our stress away by being professional and kind. I’ll never forget your support and I and my wife are looking forward to being residents for years to come.”
“Lived here for a year with my puppy and just renewed. Didn’t experience really bad situations. sharing my observations with +/-:
+ depends on the season/deals, price can good and it’s rent controlled (I am price/price change sensitive)
- there are some “sketchy” neighbors/non-residents hanging out in lobby (doesn’t bother me)
- I did lost 1 or 2 packages (lesson learned don’t mail pricy stuff here)
- I do see cockroaches 3-4 times
- sometimes elevator can take a while, there are a lot of ppl living here. A true broke down where I have to use the stairs happened once
+ helpful and friendly security/maintenance staff
+ garage is not cheap but cheaper than most garages in this area. It’s easy to find spot and is well secured
- the garage doesn’t have EV chargers but most garages does
+ good views. Starbucks in the building (don’t get addicted tho)
Honestly the apartment has issues but it is compensated by the price I got and the rent controlled nature, so I renewed.”
“I have loved living at HQ! The staff are amazing and it’s such a clean and friendly building. Lisa and Joe always go above and beyond to take care of their residents!”
“I would like to say that I’ve only been at Bennett Lofts for about a month and a half. And just like every apartment community, it has its ups and downs - The down will be the restructuring of the Resident Services offices and the timely or lack of that you get a response. However, are the floor plans the great neighborhood and people in the office like Renee!I have talked to Renee several times on the phone regarding an account balance balance or when I was being loud, they contacted me so I could be a little quieter for my neighbors and today I changed my phone number. Inbox. Might not seem like a big deal but she called me back in 10 minutes and it was extremely helpful very professional and I would like to say if they had more people like Renée in the office they would get five stars.”
“Donovan saved the day the other night when my smoke detectors started randomly going off intermittently. He replaced them altogether and my problem was solved in less than 30 minutes. We even had a nice chat in the meantime.”
