“Amazing service! I recently purchased a beautiful Art Deco diamond/platinum ring for my wife. From the moment I messaged Lang Antiques I was treated to excellent correspondence; they even put the ring I was interested in on hold while we discussed having it resized. When I ordered it they had it resized within a day (I was informed that's not always the case, and I'm sure that's dependent on how many orders they have), and they shipped it out quickly and it arrived just as quickly! Also, the shipping is discrete and nobody would know there's a piece of fine jewelry inside.Tracey McGrath was who I talked to, and she was incredible from start to finish. She answered all my questions promptly and really put my mind at ease, as this was my biggest online purchase to date. I cannot thank Tracey enough, and I have nothing but nice things to say about her.Overall, I highly recommend Lang Antiques if you are thinking about purchasing any kind of jewelry. If you are like me and anxious about substantial online purchases, you don't need to worry about it with Lang. They are consummate professionals and you will get exactly what you want.”

“I was wandering along in San Francisco on my way to visit the bookbinder museum when I met the owner of The Box SF, Mark. When I told him I was interested in books and other historical items, he graciously invited me to enter his shop. The outside is discrete and belies how magical the inside space truly is. When you enter, you're immediately blown away by the vintage art and artifacts everywhere. Mark and his assistant, Israel, gave me a mini-tour and explained how the shop specializes in ephemera, which refers to items that were designed for short-term use (advertising prints, perfume bottles, soap labels, etc). The shop contains items from the mid-1800s to the early-1900s from around the world. Everything is in great condition and attests to the craftsmanship of earlier time periods. What was supposed to be a quick 20-30 minute visit turned into a 2-hour visit.Everywhere you turn, there's something new to take in. I love antique and thrift stores, yet I have never encountered anything as unique as The Box. I found some souvenirs to take home with me and even the wrapping paper was this cool, historical print. The Box is a treasure trove for people who love vintage, antique, or novel artifacts. If that's your style, you have to visit.”

“Yury is excellent at lamp repair and very reasonable. I am glad I trusted him with putting all new electrics in my antique desk lamp. Getting rid of the frayed cord and brittle socket, and replacing with new parts that match the old parts is fantastic.”

“This is the last classic maritime store in the Fisherman's Wharf area. While everywhere else seems to have become a t-shirt shop, Frank's Fisherman sells authentic nautical items. Like a cool museum inside with a vast number of exciting items to browse. Also, lots of books, antiques, high end clothing are on display. A must stop shopping experience for real sailors, or anyone who is interested in the sea going lifestyle.”

“We have the utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the outstanding services provided by Kevin and The YES Co. team for our family's Hillsborough 1 acre estate sale. Our family home was will known especially for the historical Japanese Tea Garden. The exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a seamless process were truly remarkable. This was paramount since the extensive property was already sold and needed to be handed over to the new owner in the proper condition. From the initial stages of planning to the execution of the estate sale, Kevin and his team demonstrated a level of expertise and care that exceeded our expectations. One of the most notable aspects of their service was the meticulous attention to detail when handling the logistics of the day. They thoughtfully considered every aspect, even providing an all-weather option in case of rain.We were highly impressed with the precautions taken to create a secure environment for both buyers and the estate items. Their dedication to safety not only gave us peace of mind but also showcased their commitment to conducting business with the highest standards of integrity.Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. Kevin, went above and beyond by keeping us informed through emails with photos, both during the preparation phase leading up to the estate sale and throughout the event itself. This gave us a clear understanding of the progress and ensured that we were well-informed every step of the way. This transparent and proactive approach significantly contributed to making what could have been a stressful process remarkably easy and smooth. Our family is grateful for the outstanding service we received and have no hesitation in endorsing The YES Co. for anyone seeking top-notch estate management services.”

“Very kind, thoughtful owner. We didn't end up using his services because we wanted our antique table disassembled for storage instead of restored (ultimately didn't make sense to do) but he spent a good 10 minutes brainstorming how best to store our table even after we declined his work.”

“Discovered this place thanks to TikTok! I popped in to craft a charm bracelet, and it was such a delightful experience! Fortunately, it wasn't too crowded when I went, so I could leisurely choose my charms. Most charms are priced at $3 each, and the bracelet costs $15. Once you pay, they ask you to return later, but it only took around 20 minutes for them to finish it, so the wait wasn't bad at all! I also couldn't resist their adorable rings--they have such a variety! The service was top-notch too! I'll definitely be returning!”

“My husband and I love this place. There are so many items there: from high quality antiques to unusual ecclectic curiosities. The price is also very reasonable. There is no reason to spend more on new furniture of poor quality and has no character. David is very knowledgeable in European antique and has a lot of exquisite pieces from Europe. We love coming to the store just to browse but never left empty-handed.”

“Absolutely fantastic work. We had 2 pieces that needed some TLC - a Square Leaf Pedestal Dining table (circa 1820) and a Slant Top desk (circa 1790). We are thrilled with the results. Andrew made them work like new without making them look like they got worked over. The years of patina really glow now and we think these pieces have a few more centuries in them. The price was extremely fair. Turning over heirlooms to someone requires some trust and we will continue to trust Andrew for his knowledge, skill, and craftsmanship.”

“We recently visited Michael Gallery and was utterly enchanted! The store is a treasure trove of unique and rare finds, from vintage decor to antique jewelry. The owner's passion for antiques is evident in the thoughtful curation of the collection. I was impressed by the variety of items on display, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The store's atmosphere is charming and nostalgic, making it a delightful experience to browse. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly, happy to share stories and history behind the pieces. I left with a beautiful vintage vase and can't wait to return for more discoveries. If you're an antique enthusiast or simply looking for a special piece, this gallery is a must-visit destination. Five stars and highly recommended!"”
