“I love the way they help when I have special requests. And they pay interest. Unlike the big banks that cost money and they give no real service. I've already had 2 others join. There online could be a bit friendlier, but then again I'm an old guy navigating through websites is just tedious to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Unify. We walked into this branch to open a Student Account for my nephew. Please don’t get me wrong, I have tried to get an appointment online however there was no availability for the day that he is available. So, anyway, knowing that people do schedule appointments but most of the time they do not commit to it whereas the Chase bankers wait for 15 minutes, what a waste! We hoped that they would take us in. I felt bad for the guy who was greeting customers at the door, he assured me that he’d do his best and checked with his colleagues but wasn’t successful, poor guy! None of them were with customers at that time. I explained to him our situation mentioned above. I believe Tim Liu heard us over his cubicle where he was sitting, and he was willing to help. Not only he was a good man, but he was also very smart, detail oriented and efficient with what he does. We are thankful; thus, I am spending the time writing this about him because he deserved it! Way to go Tim!”

“This is a very crowded branch...San Bruno seems to be hub of lots of things. My transactions have always gone well though sometimes the lines have caused me to turn around. Given the bank hours all over are reduced and that Saturday hours are limited and or non-existent this branch will have to do...suggest an appointment and or a very early arrival.”

“This branch actually has someone who picks up the phone and answer simple questions. I called many other branches over and over and always machine answered. I also brought in over $1700 worth of coins to deposit. The teller was very patient in helping me with the transaction. Took about 20 mins but she was fine with it. Great service all the way!”
