Called this branch (SSF) for assistance and the woman who helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. “This Chase bank is very close to Trader Joe's and Costco so it's a very convenient location. I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was barely any customers so I didn't have to wait at all. I wanted to open a checking account with Chase and I got an appointment immediately with their banker Kate who was nice enough to meet with me despite having an another appointment in 40 minutes or so. She was very quick, efficient, and explained everything very well. She was very kind and easy to communicate with. Definitely some of the best customer service that I've gotten in a long time. You can tell she's passionate about her job and cares about the customer. I would definitely recommend this Chase bank because I had a pleasant experience with the customer service from all of their staff members overall.”

“We’ve had personal, savings and business accounts with them. They always provide personal service to us. They even call when I am overdrawn in my accounts. I like being able to call the branch directly. Several employees have worked there for at least ten years. So when I call, I actually know who I am speaking to. I much prefer that, over using a call center and often struggling to understand the representative’s accents. Four stars as they do have issues with technology. But, they are in the process of updating to a new system. When there is a problem, they fix it immediately. I am very happy with Liberty Bank. I would definitely recommend them.”

I recently was looking to open up a business account with Tri counties Bank because of there fair offerings for that particular account opening. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to open this account. The next day i arrived on time and the Personnel banker named Honey was already expecting me. We got straight to business and opened up a full business account within 15 minutes. Honey was Extremely Knowledgeable and professional, She had a positive attitude that shined and was very confident with what she does. This Kind of service makes a business owner feel very comfortable with where he/she may be banking with. Besides that, the entire SSF Branch always seems welcoming and helpful anytime i have walked in there for the last ten years! Pacifica branch rocks too! Thanks Honey”
