I went into the Arden location after having a terrible experience at another location in Midtown.I was greeted quickly and Bri (Brianna Bellamy) helped me fix my account. She was quick, proficient and so nice. She solved all the issued and I definitely left a lot happier than when I arrived.

Poor customer service not this store but the entire Comcast Xfinity are unprofessional, and don’t care about their customers problem. I won’t recommend anyone for this service at all. AT&T is the best.

Terrible help, go away I am busy doing nothing. Shit service the "mobile specialist " tells you false information to get back to doing nothing. I beyond strongly recommend not coming here! Can we get a zero here? That is really what is deserving for the lack of customer service.
