“I have been coming to this store for over 7 years. Candy and Phil use to be managers and were the absolute best. I'm so happy to know that the continued excellent service is still going with the Trevor and Taylor. Trevor goes above and beyond to help the customer and Taylor is outstanding. The entire staff actually is amazing, they help each other out like a real team should. I always feel a warm welcome here. No other Verizon is like this one and I will continue to bring my business. “First of all I am already a customer of T-Mobile.I was at the State Fare and talked with Mickey.My phone has not been charging correctly and Mikey got a little tool and extracted tons of lint from charging port. “If it weren't for this specific store, I would have quit T-Mobile altogether after many years as a customer. I have been to several locations throughout the years but this one saved the day -- and my business for their company! Their staff have always been very friendly, extremely helpful, super knowledgeable and efficient. They go above and beyond anytime I need help, including recently when T-Mobile's customer service didn't do ANYTHING For me. They called on my behalf and were persistent in helping remove a $220 charge from my account. Jennifer D. and her team are awesome!!!”

“This was undeniably the best and most hassle-free experience I've ever had at T-Mobile (and I've been with T-Mobile for what feels like forever). I visited because my phone had been lost or stolen the day before, and I wasn't sure about my options. Dom and his manager (regrettably, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic) were incredibly helpful. They ensured I got the best deal on a new iPhone, along with a case, screen protector, and other accessories. “If I could give over five stars to this Xfinity location I would. I had a hard time with Xfinity today both at the Arden location and online with customer support trying to transfer my cellular service / phone number to my new iPhone I had purchased at the Apple Store. After much frustration, I headed to this location and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. Simon was amazing and so responsive to the problem at hand. He listened to our situation and solved the issue quickly. After hours of being run around in circles by customer support and difficulties with the Xfinity in Arden location, Simon fixed all and I walked away happy and satisfied. Thank you so much for the patience and help from this location!”

The gentleman who fixed and upgraded my laptop was patient and very informative. He really took the time to explain to me what he did to my old laptop. “I had a really complicated issue with needing to upgrade my new phone to the same phone with bigger memory, and Barb was extremely helpful. She made sure to check that I was qualified for the promos I had, and when it didn't look like it was going to be honored, she patiently waited for me to get in touch with the customer service rep (even though it was like 20 minutes until closing). Once we did contact, she helped outline the problem with professionalism and conciseness. Thankfully, my issue was resolved, and she double-checked everything was in order before doing anything permanent.I really appreciate the attention to detail, the endless patience, and clarity Barb brought. =]”

“Slight wait, but to be expected. Plenty to look at while waiting and places to sit as well. Service was good, trying to set up a plan for a cracked screen and though they were not able to resolve the situation right there, the representative walked me through the electronic insurance claim process, cued the claims page up for me on their tablet and staying close by in case I had any questions. 24 hours later, there was a service tech at my house repairing my screen. Very happy with the service at the Verizon store.”

“I disconnected the internet at work and I was having trouble getting reconnected. Of course I called in to customer service and was able to get support right away without a long hold time. Everyone was super nice from Niko (sorry if I misspelled your name) to Mark. Mark checked on my ticket that was open and was very friendly and knew what I was asking even if I didn't. Mark took the time to explain what to look at and do. I had trouble finding our network name and password. Within 20 mins later, Mark called me back and was able to provide that information for me and suggest I call back if I continued to have issues. I know Mark took his time to find the network name and password and that is really appreciated as other companies I've experienced would have just send someone out because it's easier to do instead of doing the research after business hours. Thank you Mark for your patience and help!”

“I went into the Arden location after having a terrible experience at another location in Midtown.I was greeted quickly and Bri (Brianna Bellamy) helped me fix my account. She was quick, proficient and so nice. She solved all the issued and I definitely left a lot happier than when I arrived.”

“The wait time was about 45 minutes but once it was our turn Dee did a fantastic job and got us taken care of quickly. Part of this was because we knew what we wanted to get done. Comcast/Xfinity is basically a monopoly in most areas and they could definitely provide a better experience by having one or two more reps at those empty desks. And Comcast phone support sucks so it wasn't a surprise that one of the customers in there taking up the most time was a Karen who was pissed off about something that sounded to me like it was the Karen's fault and not Comcast. Bottom line is Dee was awesome, did a great job, was friendly and efficient but Comcast as a company could do way better. But I'm sure that's not a shock to anyone.”
