“Last night 8/16/2023 I called this location and talked with a lady by the name Bianca. Asked about iPhones since my son broke his and my husband wants to replace his phone. She told me what she has and that we qualify for upgrades etc. We went up to the store no one was there at the time but us. When we walked in she greeted us with a great smile and hello. I told her I just called she remembered me and had other suggestions. At that time (NO LIE) about 3 other Families walked in. She greeted them all told them to give her a bit and she would be right with them. To sum this up she helped get us finished up and we stayed a bit to set up our phones. While doing so just watching her with other customers and how patient she was with still having like 8 more people after us. I would recommend coming to this location and we will be back next month to upgrade my phone and the grandsons. Thank you so much Bianca I was having a horrible day not to mention start of a week that I wanted ended but you really made me smile and went home to know that there are patient and kind people that can really turn around your whole day if not week with kind words and understanding.Thank youDana and Family”

“My iPhone 14 started acting up, and from what I read online, it was probably due to the last update, even though that was a few weeks previous. I called ATT Customer Service three times to get help; they checked my home internet, and the wi-fi service was fine. Yet my phone said I had no internet, even though I could open some apps. I finally went to this ATT store (I didn't get their names), but she fixed it! It turns out it was my VPNs causing the issue. What a relief! This will be the store I go to if I ever have a problem again and will buy my next iPhone here.”

“Well they had plenty of employees their most of them very friendly. As well as training a a couple of people as well. Their system was down again. For a program in which I was trying to qualify for. I haven't had the time to go back either been extremely sick. As soon as I can though I will be going back to see if I qualify for it. That way I can get some money back. $250 later on a plan with a phone and a tablet. So I guess will see soon enough”
