“The tech was awesome. I think his name was Bruce, if it wasn't I apologize. The front and back of my phone was cracked really bad, plus the camera lens. I came in before I had to go to work and before his shop closed thinking I would have to drop off my phone and pick it up the next day. He repaired everything in no time and I was able to make it to work on time. My phone literally looked brand new. (Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra plus)”

“My family and I had recent trouble with our previous provider, so we decided to switch to Verizon. When attempting to transfer services, Hussein helped us through the entire process, which included a lengthy call to our old provider while he was assisting another customer at the time. He then continued to set up our phones an hour and a half after closing time. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt like Hussein deserves to be recognized on here. So glad to have been helped by Hussein at this store!”

“I was undecided about porting my number over from Verizon to AT&T until I made an appointment with Umer Ahmad at the Galleria location. Umer was professional throughout the entire process which made the choice that much easier to make. I activated a new line, iPad, and AT&T Air for my home WiFi.
The main reason I wanted to inquire about AT&T was because I had a poor experience at a nearby Verizon store.
I highly recommend the AT&T Galleria location and specify if you can make an appointment with Umer Ahmad.”
“E.ployee was so kind and helpful. I literally upgraded and added two kids tracker watches and I'm paying over $100 less than my at&t bill was. Soooooo glad I switched and the employee was so helpful. Went from $295 to $168 and got a newer wayyyy better phone.”
“We had to wait in line for a little while for a customer ahead of us, but we received excellent customer service once it was our turn. My only complaint is regarding how hot it was inside the store. The temperature should be monitored and kept at a more suitable degree for their customers.”
“What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. “LUIS WAS AMAZING!!! I have been having phone issues for the past few months, and I have been to 3 different Metro stores in the area, and Luis was able to help me out so much with a new phone! Not only did he find the perfect phone match for me, he was able to walk me and my wife through our bill to better understand all of our amazing deals. ?? I was on the verge of leaving Metro all together, but one experience here and Luis has completely changed my whole outlook. We were lucky to have walked in when Luis was there! Thanks!!”
“When checking my voice mail, my phone entered a password requirement, without my putting the password in twice. In less than 10 minutes, they fixed my problem, eliminating the need for a password and gave me a T-mobile app that lets me read or hear the saved messages!

“Love me some Target and I know you do too...Came here after a very wasted trip to the nearby mall. We are in need of some wireless headphones for our 3yo and literally came up empty handed every where we went. Not sure why we didn't initially come to Target first, but I think it was me selfishly hoping for a bit of my own personal shopping. Lmao. Little good that decision did for me right?? So... while this target did have kid's headphones, the ones specifically for my daughter's age range was really limited and there were only 2 colors to choose from. I didn't walk away with anything because I'm super picky and am looking for a specific color but TARGET [in general] IS THE ISSSSSH!! 4/5 stars. They almost always carry the items I need!”
“This one is the nearest one to us. Parking is almost always easy here and everything is pretty on point for cleanliness. Almost always well stocked. Bathrooms can use some touch up now and then. Self checkout is smaller but is pretty open most of the time. Good store to have nearby”

“This Verizon center has become my only GO TO center for any Apple phone problems,as ive been to the other 2 and the one in the Galleria itself gets maybe 2 Stars on a good day the one on Douglas i wont even give it 1/2 star...i'll never even step into that store.However approximatly the last 1 1/2 years the store at 1208 Galleria Blvd HAS been an absolute Gold mine of very knowledgeable specialist, my recent experience 3/5/24 is by far the best i've EVER encountered there.... Jules is her name she is the epitome of a perfection with her vast knowledge within the Verizon system. She helped me with ALL my needs and questions as far as im concerened Jules went out of her way helping me navigate my new reolacement I phone along with helping me set up my replacement screen protector .... Verizon would BENEFIT Exponentialy incorporating this young Woman into a management position if you ever let her go....Well i'd liken it to cutting your own corporate throat.”
