“03/18/2024 I recently visited the AT&T store located at 1860 Prairie City Rd Ste 200, Folsom, CA 95630, and was met with exceptional service by DJ, a store representative. My initial purpose was simple. I wanted to put a new SIM into my insurance replacement phone. However, DJ turned this visit into an invaluable service experience that far exceeded my expectations. From the outset, DJ ensured I didn't have to wait long, demonstrating his accommodating nature. As we discussed my situation, it became clear that I had concerns beyond just the SIM card. Specifically, my Z Fold 3 had suffered crease damage from repeatedly opening it, a frustrating design flaw. DJ listened intently and then sprang into action. He adeptly navigated my options, leading to the cancellation of my warranty claim for the Z Fold 3. His proactive approach didn't stop there; he also guided me through trading in my damaged phone for the new Z Fold 5, which has been redesigned to prevent such issues. DJ's knowledge about the improvements in the Z Fold 5 was incredibly helpful, and he worked diligently to ensure I could get it with an affordable monthly payment plan. The level of professionalism and expertise DJ exhibited was nothing short of impressive. He managed to transform a routine visit into a comprehensive solution that perfectly addressed my needs. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. Thank you for making this process so easy for me john, happy holidays and God bless you all.”
“2/9 - UPDATE: Change my review to a 5 star since I was contacted by customer service and all my issues was resolved. I can't believe this company did this. I'm lost for words. You can read my issues below, but at the end they took care of their customer and I will be back to do business with this company.Be aware of hidden fees at this location. They don't tell you about it. I just bought 7 items from this store and realized afterwards of the hidden fees and activation fees that I was not told about. $39.99 for phones and $24.99 for tablets and watches are the hidden fees and will be charged in the store. Activation fee is $35, which will be on your bill next bill. I was also told watches were $5 a month, which now I have realized the plan is $10.1/3 UPDATE: This just keeps on getting worse. On all my trade-ins I was told I get a $800 credit, now I'm realizing on one of the lines I only got around $400 because it was an older phone.1/3 Update: I emailed the corporation per there request.2/9 - Changed my review to a 5 star. I got an email from their customer service and they took care of everything. I got refunded for the store charges and all the other errors. I will continue buying from this company.”

Target is my happy place (just about tied for 1st place with being home..shhh!! Don't tell my bed I said that, he doesn't like to share!) I was amazed on how huge this location was once I got in the parking lot. It even has an optometry center (Never seen such a thing!). We didn't get to peruse the store as we were looking for a couple specific supplements in the pharmacy area. The employee at the pharmacy counter was really sweet and helpful..she came from behind the counter when we were struggling to find a supplement that doesn't appear to be in stock. Although we had no luck, we were able to find the other item we were looking for and the pharmacy gal allowed to pay at her counter. I didn't get her name, but, she was an absolute doll! Thank you for going above and beyond! :DI definitely will stop by this Target again when I'm in Rocklin again and in need of another Target run! :)”
